Engagement Models

Therefore our preferred engagement model is to permanently deploy our ‘deep dive’ Energy Analytics solutions on your C&I premises.
We will generally propose you straight from the beginning, so-called ‘low hanging fruits’ Energy Efficiency Measures with quasi-immediate benefits. We will then further dive into deeper analytics to help you grab, for the long run, substantial Energy Savings… All that with best-of-breed technologies and at most competitive rates. Software as a Service
We provide Annual software licenses as a one-off (with maintenance) or as a Monthly and associated maintenance SaaS (Software as a Service) subscriptions. SaaS contracts are often packaged together with our EnMaaS energy management service.
Our software can either be securely cloud-hosted or deployed entirely onsite. As part of our data management and planning services, we advise on best practice and provide recommendations that deliver the most successful project outcomes.

Financing and Utility Contract Solutions
CaaS (Cooling as a Service) projects, where buildings purchase cooling as a utility service, are gaining traction among buildings to avoid large upfront costs. Teale advises CaaS solutions covering the engineering, contractual and financial requirements.
Our financing solutions include grants, leasing or 3rd party financing. The cost of the energy assessments and Measurement & Verification can also be bundled into financed solutions and/or grants such as the NEA EMIS Grant and Energy Efficiency Fund.
Furthermore, we are equally assisting Clients in Utility contracts negotiations (Chilled Water, REn energy PPA’s).
